At Valispace we’re working daily with engineers that are pushing the boundaries of what is possible today.
They’re building self-driving trucks, carbon capturing plants, nuclear fusion reactors, satellites, rockets and so much more.
And although they are excellent in their field, they often come to us for advice to ask us, ‘how do other teams solve this problem of organizing themselves? How do other teams solve this problem that we see when building things that nobody has ever built before?’
So we wondered, why is there not a place and time where these hardware tech leads and these CTOs can sit together, learn from each other, get inspired, and actually exchange knowledge about how to organize their teams, tools and processes?
We decided to create that place. It’s called Iteration22.
Iteration22
Iteration22 is an invite-only conference, hosted in the historic Tejo Power Station, for tech leads and CTOs who push the boundaries over what is possible with engineering today.
It’s a place where flying car companies can learn from the Formula 1 industry how to organize your team to bring out a new product every year.
A place where Co2 capturing plants can learn how satellite engineers have been organizing complex data for years.
A place full of technical keynotes from people who have actually done the job. Cross industry panels to extract which lessons learnt can be applied from one to another.
And a place for a lot of riverside chats where people can have an exchange between CTOs and heads of engineering to know what kind of challenges they’ve been facing and how they’ve been able to solve them in their respective fields.
