Collaborators (Full Access) have unlimited read & write capabilities whilst Viewers (Basic Access) have unlimited read-capabilities and can perform up to 10 write actions per month.
Permissions are managed by an account administrator on a project level, meaning that permissions for components, Valis, and matrices are always derived from the project they are located in. Learn more about Permissions in our Documentation Page.
Permissions therefore allow you to limit the access of Collaborators (Full Access) to specific projects or elements inside Valispace.

No, you will not be automatically charged after 2 weeks.
Once your trial ends, our Sales Team will get in touch to know which Plan best fits your team’s needs and determine how many Collaborators (Full Access) and Viewers (Basic Access) Licenses you wish to add to your deployment.
Only users added to your deployment have access to your data. In case you wish to sign up to a Plan, your existing data will be automatically transferred to the paid deployment.
If you do not sign up to a Plan and want your data to be deleted, please send an email to our Customer Success team.
On-Premise Deployment is available in the Enterprise Plan and you can contact your Account Manager who will help you organise the on-premise installation and transfer of data.

The Starter and Pro Plans are limited to a maximum number of Collaborators (Full Access). If you want to increase the number of users you will have to switch plans.

We charge per Collaborator (Full Access) in your deployment.
If you’re in the Pro or Enterprise Plans, you can add more Viewers (Basic Access) for free within the limit of your Plan: you get one free Viewer License per paid Collaborator License.
Yes! In case you’re in the Pro or Enterprise Plans, you can purchase more Viewers (Basic Access) Licenses in Packages of 10, 50 or 100.

Yes! If you’re a professor or student, you can request an online Valispace deployment for your institution with full feature accesss. For a fixed price of €1.000 per year you can add as many students and professors that work on non-commercial student projects (no company-paid research) or use it for teaching.

We don’t offer refunds for monthly subscriptions.
For annual subscriptions, you have three options:
In case you wish to downgrade to another Plan and/or reduce the number of Collaborators (Full Access), the changes to your Subscription will only enter into effect at the beginning of the next term. We do not refund for the remaining months of your ongoing term.
In case you wish to proceed with the Cancellation of your Subscription, we only refund you for the remaining months of your term.

For direct debit payments, you’ll have to be on the Pro or Enterprise Plan.

If you signed up to a monthly subscription, you can request to change to annual subscription by getting in touch with our Billing Team. The changes in your payment cycle will only enter into effect at the beginning of the next term.
If you signed up to an annual subscription, you will be billed once at the beginning of the term for the entire yearly term. If you wish to move to a monthly subscription, you will need to wait for the term’s renewal date.
Keep in mind that monthly subscriptions are only available in the Starter and Pro Plans.
